If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Air Brake Direct Ltd in writing either through E-mail, Letter or Fax with company details, product details and any order numbers within 7 working days of placing the original order.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched there will be a 5% transaction fee once the goods have been received back at Air Brake Direct Ltd. Please refer to returns policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase Air Brake Direct Ltd will accept any or all items back for credit as long as the products are in the original packaging and not been fitted/used within 5 days from Invoice date. Please contact us before returning for the relevant returns paperwork.

Some products supplied by Air Brake Direct Ltd will carry a old unit surcharge value which will be added at point of sale and the customer will be informed. It is the customers responsibility to return the surcharged unit at own expense and once received a refund will be made as long as the surcharged item is not damaged and must be complete i.e no missing parts.
