Delivery Policy
Air Brake Direct Ltd offer a next day delivery service via a national carrier. From a 9am service through to standard next day option if ordered before 4.30pm the previous working day to UK customers only. (Charges may apply)
Please note a standard next day service can be delivered anytime up to 6.00pm. A same day option is available please contact us for details. (Charges may apply)
For Europe and the rest of world customers please contact us directly for carriage charges/details depending on size, weight and location.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Air Brake Direct Ltd in writing either through E-mail with company details, product details and any order numbers within 7 working days of placing the original order.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched there will be a 5% transaction fee once the goods have been received back at Air Brake Direct Ltd. Please refer to returns policy.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase Air Brake Direct Ltd will accept any or all items back for credit as long as the products are in the original packaging and not been fitted/used within 5 days from Invoice date. Please contact us before returning for the relevant returns paperwork.
Privacy Policy
Air Brake Direct Ltd does not store any customer details once a transaction is complete. Air Brake Direct Ltd destroy all credit/debit card details and information that is confidential.
Surcharges
Some products supplied by Air Brake Direct Ltd will carry a old unit surcharge value which will be added at point of sale and the customer will be informed. It is the customers responsibility to return the surcharged unit at own expense and once received a refund will be made as long as the surcharged item is not damaged and must be complete i.e no missing parts. Please contact us before returning for the relevant returns paperwork.
